Resumo:
This Technical Technological Product (PTT) is the result of the dissertation presented to the Master's Program in Public Administration (PROFIAP) of the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG). It was developed within the area of Public Administration, with an emphasis on digital people management within the context of the digital transformation of people management in the federal government. The use of digital technologies to offer people management services is an irreversible process of expansion, which aims to improve efficiency and productivity in the sector. In this context, the development of this PTT aims to contribute to the better implementation of digital people management through the use of systems that allow civil servants to self-manage part of their human resource demands through self-service. To this end, an empirical study was conducted to analyze the perceptions of IFPB people managers regarding the benefits and challenges of digital transformation in people management. Based on the analysis of the results, a booklet was proposed with the services offered through digital people management systems in order to promote the use of e-HR. Furthermore, the prepared booklet also seeks to facilitate and guide the use of self-service in people management, to increase efficiency, productivity and transparency in people management at IFPB. During the research, it was found that the digital transformation in people management is led by the People Management Secretariat (SGP), the central body of SIPEC, which is responsible for providing structural people management systems within the federal executive branch. It is clear that the use of digital systems for self-service in people management is growing and this context demands greater investment in communication and training in the area. In view of this, it is possible to formulate the following question: what is the perception of people managers at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Paraíba (IFPB) regarding e-HR?
