Abstract

This work presents a comparative study between the two most employed techniques for echo cancellation in two wires full duplex data transmissions over the public switched network. Dificulty of implementation, amount of calculations and some other theoretical aspects are considered in the comparison. Simulation results are presented to evaluate the convergence properties of the implementations studied.
