Resumen:
The objective of this project was to develop a biodigestor system for the production of
biogas during the winter in the region of Lages, SC. For this, was constructed a biodigestor with total
volume of 100 L, supplied with swine wastes in termination phase, without dilution in water, in a total
of 80 L of useful volume of substratum. The biodigestor was displayed, at a first moment, the average
temperatures that had varied of 24 to 35°C, using itself for such end, a solar collector. To follow, the
biodigestor was displayed to a fixed temperature of 35° C, through electric heating. It did not have
agitation of the substratum. The analyses of the pr oduction of biogas and the efficiency of the heating
system had been carried through in periods of 15 days. The results had demonstrated that the
biodigestor reached its bigger level of production of biogas (65,25 L) in the temperature of 35°C with
the system of ele ctric heating. With the solar collector the production of biogas arrives 69% of the
produced one with the electrical system (45,10 L).
