Resumo:
In the present-day the predominant sources of energy in the world, comes from not
renewable and highly pollutant sources. Innumerable sources of renewable energy are being researched
with the intention to supply our needs, minimizing the emission of pollutants in the environment and
searching for a renewable and sustainable energy system. Our country stands out as great agricultural
producer, new technologies and innovations in the productions appear in the market with intention to
prevent wastefulnesses and the use to advantage the residues generated in production and processing. This
way, the present work has been objectified to develop a software that will serve as tool to evaluate the
potential of use of the agricultural residues for energy production. The software determines the theoretical
and technician potentials for generation of bioenergy from the generated residues.
