Abstract

This report describes the internship activities carried out by student Airon Cirilo Guenes Filho in the Construction and Distribution Maintenance Department (DCMD) of the company ECOMAN - Engenharia, Construção e Manutenção LTDA, in the Construction and Maintenance sector. The internship was carried out from July 27, 2024 to December 10, 2024, under the supervision of electrical engineer Isys Araújo Macêdo Dantas and engineer Jorge Luiz Batista Leal. The activities developed included the analysis of overhead distribution network projects, interactions with the client company and partners, support in the preparation of action plans to solve issues related to DCMD and assistance in monitoring productivity. These activities were of great relevance for expanding the knowledge acquired in the undergraduate course in Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG) and provided professional experience in the area of construction and maintenance of electrical networks, covering technical and management aspects.
