This pedagogy course conclusion work deals with hospital pedagogy: challenges and actions
of teachers in the hospital environment. Its general objective was: to understand the

hospitalized children and with specific objectives to understand the teacher training and the

better learning through the collective. Through the methodology we made it possible to
understand the importance of the professional pedagogue in the hospital institution, being
characterized by a bibliographic and qualitative research, having as source the repository of
the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD), through data collection.
Seeking a theoretical basis, this research counts on the presence of great authors, such as:

(2012), Matos; Mugiatti (2006), Freire (1996), Fonseca (1999), Teixeira (2014), among other
