Résumé:
The main purpose of this Course Conclusion Paper (TCC) is to analyze the objectives of Early
Childhood Education teachers at a municipal school in the city of Cajazeiras-Paraíba, when
using games and games in the classroom for children's learning. This is field research, with a
qualitative approach. For data collection, the non-participant observation method and a
structured interview with open and closed questions were used, which were applied to two
Early Childhood Education teachers from the Pre-I and Pre II classes. Data analysis was
carried out using the qualitative content analysis method by author Laurence Bardin (2016).
From the results, it was possible to conclude that the objective of teachers when using games
and games is to awaken children's interest so that they learn the content and thus facilitate
their learning, promote moments of fun for them and provide the development of learning. Also,
these resources are being used in Early Childhood Education both with the aim of promoting
children's learning and to provide moments of entertainment. However, theoretical knowledge
regarding the contributions of using these resources to children's learning demonstrated that
they are achieved in practice, as the objectives defined by the teachers were achieved when
they obtained the playful resources.
