Résumé:
The isolation of impact noise in buildings is a primary factor, as it guarantees optimal
conditions of habitability and wholesomeness of an environment. The acoustic comfort of
buildings is also a determining economic factor for residential apartment purchases. As a
result, companies in the construction industry realized the need to improve quality in terms of noise level control. Thus, this study aims to evaluate the noise levels of impact in solid slabs, verifying the quality of housing construction environments according to the acoustic comfort guidelines and the isolation standards of performance standard NBR 15575/2013. For that, on-site visits were carried out to analyze two buildings under construction in the city of João Pessoa, Paraíba. It was necessary to use specific equipment to capture noise emitted by the environment and the equipment itself through sound excitation. Through these studies it was possible to define constructive standards that can meet the requirements of the performance standard.
