Resumen:
This work proposes a system for the design and implementation of stabilizing signals in synchronous compensators of an interconnected power system. The 230 / 500KV system from CHESF-ELETRONORTE was used for illustration purposes.
The design is based on models of machines connected to a dynamic equivalent. The control strategy used was optimal state feedback through gains
constant. The signals used in the feedback were derived from the terminal voltage, the active power flux in the line and the speed of the compensator. In the case of the power flow in the line, this variable is not represented in the modeling, so this
will be identified by minimal quadratic recursion methods and incorporated into the model. Initially the controller was implemented in the linearized version of the machine / dynamic equivalent system. In order to verify the effectiveness of the
implementation, it also made simulations in a program of
transient stability (non-linear modeling).
