Resumen:
The work had objective to measure the structural stability of Typic Haplocambids with
differents culture times with muskmelon. Soil samples had collected, in the depth of 0-25 cm, in three
farms, considering 4 times of use: native area and areas with 1, 2 and 3 years. The samples had analyzed
how much to the stability of aggregates in water. On the basis of the data of added by class the weighed
average diameter was calculated. The data had submitted to the variance analysis for F test, considering
a completely randomized experimental design, in factorial 3 x 4 (3 farms and 4 times of use), with 3
repetitions. The averages had contrasted by Tukey test 5% of probability. Concluded that the culture
time provoked reduction of the steady aggregates size in water. It has significant difference for the
distribution of aggregates for size between the studied agricultural farms. The average size of
aggregates, defined by the weighed average diameter (average value of 2,10 mm) indicates that in the
current period of training the soil aggregates with reasonable size and resistant to the spalling and
dispersion.
