Resumo:
The compacting of the soil affects the uniformity of the emergency of the plântulas
directly, tends like this direct reflex in the cultures production. The experiment was driven in the
Experimental Nucleus of Agricultural Engineering of the State University of the West of Paraná. It
was implanted under system no tillage on residues of the inverno (trigo crop). The experimental
delineamento consisted of an experiment in strips (Split Block), with two factors in study: two
cultures (soy and corn) and four compacting levels, totaling eight treatments, with four repetitions.
The four compacting levels were certain for the passage of a roll compactador with 16560 Kg,
where they were established the compacting states: a last one with roll-T1, three last-T3, five last T5 and the experimental unit without compacting additional-T0.O objective of this work is to
evaluate the emergency of soy plântulas and corn, in a loamy oxisol conditioned in different
compacting levels. In the soy, the initial population was not influenced by the compacting level,
already in the corn, the initial population in T3 and T5 was inferior in relation to To and T1.
