Résumé:
The companies of flowers of the Northeast of Brazil, in general, use advanced
techniques in the agricultural production and they are been worth of the experience of great national
and international producers or technicians of areas with several climatic conditions the one of the
Mountain of Ibiapaba. However, it is verified easily that exists a deficiency of scientific information,
with objective of decisions. Due to the lack of studies in relation to the need hydric of the culture of
the rosebush, this work had as objective studies the effect of irrigation sheets in the productivity and in
the size of the floral stems of the culture of the rosebush (Rose sp.), to cultivate " Akito ", in protected
atmosphere, using vases of 12 liters, with eight holes and inert substrate of coconut powder, with two
seedlings of roses for vase. The experiment was led in the Company Reijers Production of Roses
LTDA, located in the Mountain of Ibiapaba, Ceará, Brazil, among the months of November of 2004 to
February of 2005.
