Abstract:
Irrigated agriculture depends in such a way on the amount as of the quality of the water,
however, the qualitative aspect has been rejected had to the fact of that, in the past, in general the
water sources, were abundant, of good quality and easy use, and this situation, however, is if
modifying in many places. The culture of the grapevine comes expressing great economic importance
in the South region of the State of the Ceará, in specific in the region of the eastern Cariri in which
was carried through the research. The on problems to the quality of the destined water the irrigation
are few told in Brazilian literature and when they are, they are characterized for on aspects to the
salinity. The objectives of this research were: to monitor the quality of the water used for the grape
producers, to analyze the quality physicist-chemistry; observing the standards of quality of water.
