Resumen:
In the present work were developed functions to estimate the minimum and medium
flows, for different discharge regionalization methods, for any section along all the rivers of the basin.
The traditional regionalization method, based on the proportionality of specific flows and based on the
conservation of mass/continuity of flow were implemented using the software Borland Delphi 7.0. The
developed functions were incorporated to the Integrated System to the Water Resources Management
(SINGERH). Three discharge regionalization methods have been implemented allowing the use of
SINGERH as a simulation tool, supplying subsidies to the managers organs to evaluate the most
appropriate method to be used in the specific conditions of the accomplished study. Exprssive
differences were found setting the developed routines in the minimum flow values to different
discharge regionalization methods studied.
