Abstract

This work was accomplished in the period understood among March from 2000 to June of 2005, with interviewees of several areas of Brazil, an objective to accomplish had for an analytic research regarding the knowledge degree on graphic symbols, for the identification of the commands and operation controls and support in agricultural machines, of the principal customers involved in the process, from the project of the agricultural machine to until use and consequent main support. The found results indicate that the knowledge on the mean that a possess the graphic symbols used to characterize commands and controls of agricultural machines it’s quite reduced on the part of the principal involved in the process.
