Resumo:
The choice of a soil tillage system, aiming the best use and integration between soil and
crop, is very hard due to the many factors involved. On mechanized agriculture, the soil tillage is a
basic operation, featured by complexes objectives, many different methods and different opinions. The
present work was carried out at FCAV/UNESP of Jaboticabal in the LAMMA’s area in the
Departamento de Engenharia Rural aiming the study of 3 different depth of sowing in the cultivation
of soybean (3, 5 and 7cm) and also 4 (0, 98, 196 and 294 N) ground solidification over the seeds. The
experimental outline was the randomized blocks with 2 factors and 3 replications (3x4) summing 12
treatments and 36 observations. Were analyzed the emergence, initial and final population of
cultivation, surviving index, immobilized area by the implement arm and the crop productivity. The
results showed that the except for immobilized area concerning to the depth of sowing implement arm,
all the others variables weren’t influenced by the treatments.
