Lately, considerable interest has been shown about assign on demand statistical multiplexing systems for applications in computer networks, satelite communications and telemetry. In the present work, a comparative study of four different methods of dynamic time division multiplexing, where three of them are new proposals, is presented in connection with transmission capacity as a function of performance, economy and com
plexity criteria. The hardware of one of these scheams, using u-processor MC 6800 is described . The mathematical modelling is developed for the methods presented. Finally, a simulation developed using the EXORciser is also described.
