Resumo:
For the correct establishment of a crop the sowing, germination and emergency of the
plantules and like this the soil assumes great importance for the good initial development of the crop.
The objective of this work was to evaluate the sowing depth, the vertical load and the irrigation
conditions for the crop of the bean plant. The used design was in blocks at randomized in the outline
of split-split-plot, being the irrigation in the plot, the vertical load in the split-plot and the depth in the
split-split-plot. Two irrigation periods were used (diary and weekly), three vertical loads (160,7, 258,7
and 356,7 N) and two sowing depths (0,04 and 0,08m). Were measured: the macroporosity,
microporosity, total porosity and bulk density of the soil. The macroporosity was influenced by all of
the treatments, the microporosity was affected by the irrigation shift and the weekly irrigation
provided better results. The total porosity (PT) and the bulk density of the soil presented significant
effect for the sowing depth, and the largest depth presented larger PT and smaller density.
