Abstract

The objective of this work is to present and to characterize the importance of the hight Service speaker’ s voice of Pocinhos, as a mean of communication, for the political, economic, social and cultural development of the Pocinhos’ city. We also seek to realize as the population, could use this service since the founding in the 195 Os by the end of the 1980s. To accomplish this work, we guided by the memory registers and others sources such as photos and written documents that correspond to the studied period.
