Resumo:
The present report proposes to present a lived experience from the Sarau Literário
"For an Anti-Racist Culture" whose objective is to promote pedagogical possibilities of
education that prioritize the spirit of diversity. In addition to taking to the student reading
and writing practices that insert him in society, given that, for the most part, the reading
provided in the process of student training does not attract the attention of our student
intensely and that writing has become something far in the daily school life, either due
to the technological dispositions that arise or the lack of practice and encouragement
of the faculty and / or student. The problem question that guides our research is how
can a university promote an antiracist culture in school? The methodology used is
based on the analysis of the basic texts that we use as a source for the elaboration of
ceremonial, in addition to interviews answered by the school community later, which
reflected in a pedagogical possibility of education for diversity. We have used the
reference contributions of Colomer (2007), Cosson (2016), Santos (2013), among others, which provided us with several reflections in the midst of the implementation of
Afro-Brazilian literature in the classroom, consequently, the practice of reading and
writing in the classroom.
