Increasingly, new mechanisms have emerged to support organizational learning in software development environments, encouraging collective learning and knowledge sharing among professionals. However, in human-computer interaction (lHC) projects, the methodologies do not provide for a systematic and organized approach to organizational learning, which makes it difficult to learn and use these methodologies. In addition, there are a large number of methodologies and formalisms by the underutilized lHC, without practical use in large scale. Generally, each team works with a different methodology and, in many cases, informal and internally developed by the software development team. In this context, a strategy was proposed to support organizational learning in lHC project environments (SMART/HCl), conceived from an implicit knowledge management strategy and a training workflow. Result of an investigation about the learning process in lHC between some teaching, research and interface design communities in Brazil. SMART-HCl is based on already established methods for distance and face-to-face teaching, providing mechanisms so that a new member in an IHC project team can quickly learn, in a managed way, the interface design practices used, considering other experiences of learning.
