We are living in a technological world, in a society full of communication and information resources,
which are updated all the time. The technologies are present in everyone's lives and its use is
increasing, causing changes in all social, involving a wide space in the educational environment,
contributing in a significant feature, to teachers as well to students, providing improvements in
teacher´s pedagogic practice and expanding the teaching and learning of students. The purpose of this
study is to analyze the relationship of the Municipal school teaches from Santa Helena city - PB, with
the educative computing, as its use as a realif in the process of teaching and learning. The theoretical
basis was distinguished and explained according to several authors, among them Kenski (2011),
Libâneo (2007), Sampaio (2011) and others. The characteristic trait of this research is configured as a
qualitative approach seeking the quality of data, a field of study, for studying the reality of a particular
place, applied seeking to solve specific problems and even a descriptive approach. Fieldwork took
place in June 2016 period involved a questionnaire administered to 13 teachers of elementary school I
and II, the three public schools in the urban area in the city of St. Helena-PB. The analysis of teachers'
responses possible to identify a lack of training among ICT in education at the same time a lack of
incentive for parts of schools and also the Department of Education too. Even with awareness to this
need, the teachers do not seek an improvement that qualify for the current labor market, so that current
students require schools and teachers able to intervene in reality they are inserted to prepare critical
citizens who are able to requirements of today's society.
