Résumé:
This work aims to present a sustainable project that was developed by the scholars of the
subproject "Sciences of Nature and Mathematics", PIBID Diversidade UFCG. The activity
sought to attend to an idea of education where the student participates in the construction of his knowledge in a contextualized way. The main objective of the activity was to develop a belief in creative and innovative potential, where we stimulate the production of something that isalso sustainable, environmental, connected with the recycling of pet bottles and cardboard. The semi-arid region is a hot, water-scarce region where many people try to find a practical way to cool off. With that in mind, we've come up with a way to create your own homemade airconditioner using simple materials like pet bottles. Thus, we sought to analyze the students 'knowledge that had already been applied in the classroom, about the climates of the region, and in a contextualized way, we involved the classroom with our practice and developing the students' creativity and making it more participatory and spontaneous knowing the objectives of a recycling, acquiring knowledge on how to make a natural air-conditioning. Together with students, the supervisor and the scholars, the natural air conditioning was built, without the use of electricity, made of pet bottles and cardboard. In this way the project sought to contextualize the content that was being applied in a room with the practice of PIBID, and reuse of the pet bottles, discarded in the environment, cooling a certain warm place that we live, was reached with a reduction of temperature of up to 10º c.
