With the exposition of the basic premises of the ideas of transitional analysis and of the ideas of transitional analysis and of the general ideas of the ECLAC school on the complex phenomenon of development and underdevelopment, it is all too evident that, after removing obstacles, underdeveloped societies. In this perspective, the worrying socio-economic differentials between developed and underdeveloped societies present an irreversible tendency to decline.
