Resumen:
This work consists of an analysis regarding the relationship established
between teachers and students. Seen the importance of a type of relationship
causes in the educational environment at school actually be the second
environment in which the child is part directly after the family environment. It
was necessary to discuss in this paper, what kind of relationship is more
appropriate or better to keep in the classroom, in order to provide a better
education for those involved. We can research problem: How are experienced
interpersonal relationships between teachers and students in the classroom and
what they provoke in the teaching of elementary school students process? To
answer the research problem we have as a general objective: To analyze how
does the interaction between teachers and students of primary education and
its contribution to the teaching-learning process. The specific objectives are:
Discuss the importance of interactions between teachers and students in the
classroom; Investigate the conceptions of teachers in relation to interactions in
the classroom; Identify elements that favor interpersonal relations between
teacher and student. The methodology used systematic observation and semi-
structured interviews with two teachers working in primary education in a state
school in the city of Cajazeiras / PB. From the data collection along with
theoretical studies, we emphasize as a result we have a good interaction in the
classroom where both the teacher and the student are holders of knowledge,
provide a much more satisfying and meaningful learning in the process of
teaching and learning. However, we conclude that to have a good interaction in
the classroom becomes an essential tool for the educational process as the
results of a pleasurable relationship bring numerous positive aspects that
benefit both teacher and the student and consequently there will be a better
school learning.
