Résumé:
This research, entitled "Learning of the teaching through PIBID/Pedagogy”, has as a
problem: How can it be possible for students, beginners in the teaching profession, to learn
the teaching, from experiences lived on PIBIB / Pedagogy, considering the specificities of the
public school? To answer we had as objectives: to analyze the learning of the teaching from
the PIBID experiences; reflect a permanence of the ID scholarship holders in the schools that
participate of the Program, considering the partnership with all those involved in the
educational process; rethink the planned actions that favor the learning teaching process of
students attended in the pedagogical positions and discuss the results of the educational
process from the activities carried out. In the theorical chapter we discuss about the
significant contribution of the Institutional Program of Initiation to Teaching Grant (PIBID),
has been providing an academic training, based on the valorization of teaching, providing to
the graduating people experience in their field of work since the beginning of the course, with
observations made and with the practice lived in the school. In the methodology the research
is inserted in the qualitative perspective and was carried out from a questionnaire made with
three former PIBID ex-scholarship holders who worked in public schools in the city of
Cajazeiras / PB. The data were analyzed based on the thematic analysis and we obtained
the following results: thinking of the PIBID, while supporting learning and teaching in the
School while partnership of the University considering the learning-teaching process in
children with different ages. Finally, the PIBID is considered as a way that more conducive
the best of the public education, as well as in the academic life of students of the Pedagogy
Course.
