Grandes e pequenos produtores de laranja frente a modernização: estratégias e trajetórias (colônia Treze - Sergipe).

Abstract

The objective of this dissertation is to analyze the ascending and descending trajectories of the producers, in front of the induced modernization. The research work was carried out together with the orange growers of the Colony Thirteen - Lagarto - Sergipe, because we perceived that the effects of the state policy of the modernizing packages are strongly marked by both the degree of enrichment of some and the impoverishment of others. These contradictions resulting from the model are reflected in the different levels of appropriation of assets and formation of assets of the different categories of producers.
