Resumo:
In tins work, one analyzes the milk}' cattle-raising in the state of Paraiba, having as locus the study of the milky sector in Campina Grande, as the area of hugest concentration of milk production in Paraiba. Upon approaching the dynamic of the Paraiban cattle-raising, since the mid 60's until the 80's, one tries to lighten the State intervention in this matter. This way, one emphasizes the official aid through the subsided credit, via different tools that were used as
managers of the official resources aimed at improving the development of the Paraiban regional cattle-raising. One still points out that the official resources, in the majority, benefitted the meat-intended cattle-raising as one of the sectors of the raising activity which bests tils the land owners' interests. Analyzing the milky sector of Campina Grande, one emphasizes the social organization of the milky cattle-raising, identifying the different groups or fractions of producers. Basically, one lightens the production and reproduction conditions of the small
familiar productions as a prevailing class in the field of the Paraiban milky production. In these terms, from the sort of the immediate production process, one understands the specificness of the milk)' small familiar producer. In order to determinate the contents of milky small familiar producer's articulation to the net of luilk commercialization, one realizes that this producer is linked to the capitalist market both through the selling of his goods (milk) and as purchaser of the means of production and means of survival which he does not produce internally. In this thought, one notices that upon selling his goods for a damaged price and buying his means of life and
productions for increasing prices, the small producer in transferring values to different branches of the capital, through the unequal exchange. This unequal exchange, which is represented by the loss of part of the surplus generated in the small production, in its essence,
expresses a relationship of exploration of the small producer by the capital especially because in the immediate process of work of the familiar producer one does not find the previous act of exploration. This way the milky small familiar producer analyzed is a category which is
indirectly submitted to the capital and only keeps his formal and apparent autonomy.
