Resumo:
This study aims to analizy the use of recreational as an educational resource in
the early years of Elementary School, from the tearches’ perspective and the
specific objectives are: discuss the importance of playfulness to the process of
teaching- learning content; reflect how teachers use games and activities in
class and investigate if teachers work with the playfulness in the classroom on
purpose. The survey was conducted with five teachers from 1st to 5
th year of a
Municipal Public School in the city of Nazarezinho/ PB, from a questionnaire
with six questions. We studied the theme from authors such as : Rau (2011),
Angotti (2010), Almeida (1998), and Craidy Kaercher (2001), Malluf (2008),
among others These authors work with the importance of games and activities
for chidren to have a better development, because from this consideration the
child can get a better teaching- learning process. It is also important to
emphasize that it is essential that the teacher enter the playfulness in its
methodology and use it as a teaching tool, through this understanding the child
will have a significant learning. Thus we understand from the testimonies of the
teachers that the playful should be worked considering the transfer of content,
but they all see the playful as essential attractive activities to be performed in
class. Some teachers consider that the child as it grows should reduce the
plays to learn systematized content. Finally, we conclude that to the teachers it
is essential to emphasize the fun and games, but intentionally and in a planned
manner.
