Abstract:
In the mid-1980s, Brazil experienced a beginning of a dynamization of economic activities and a greater investment in new technologies, as well as a more effective policy strategy. This period, marked by the emergence of cooperatives, a system based on economic and social. Considering this, the present study studied the management model implemented by COOPERVIDA during the period from 1999 to 2018. Where data, information and tools were collected that the cooperative used and uses in its day-to-day managerial and operational administrative point of view. For this, a case study was used, followed in two instants, one exploratory and the other data analysis. The information was validated with the help of an interview with a semi-structured questionnaire to the partners. With this study, it was seen that, throughout the history of the institution, the Board of Directors has 18 different Coordination Units, being 09 Administrative and 09 Financial, that the membership of COOPERVIDA is quite diverse. Within these mandates, the formation of Agronomic Engineering was the one that most were assuming COOOPERVIDA's coordination function and, with regard to gender, the data COOPERVIDA had 02 administrative coordination and 01 financial coordination conducted by women, totaling 03 mandates.
