Resumen:
The referred to work was based on the analysis of the family and school partnership mediated by the action of the school manager, of two public schools located in the town of São João do Rio do Peixe / PB, Paraiba backland, with the objective of analyze the influence of this partnership, in the learning process of students.We use for the theoretical foundation and analysis the following authors:CAETANO (2011); DESSEN and POLONIA (2007); ALMEIDA and MEDEIROS (2010).The methodology used to realization of this work was the case study with exploratory character, once the intention was in to study detail the influencers biases or not, the action of the manager with families, and its possible outcomes.Thus, the study focused on the observation and analysis of the answers given by the subjects, collected through application of a questionnaire with 10semi structured questions. The results achieved were within the expected, but also beyond this perspective, when we encounter with details of the pedagogical actions of manager given, as for efforts undertakento encourage family and school partnership.We hope that this work will awaken other searches in the same direction, so that others invented the process can be discovered, and that inspire the awakening of all school and family community to participate effectively in this partnershipfor the development and learning of our children.
