Resumen:
The entrepreneur is a person who has skills in creating or modifying what already exists and turning ideas into business. It is perceived that almost all entrepreneurs have some characteristics in common, such as the initiative, the ability to take risks and take responsibility. However, this alone does not guarantee the success of a new venture. It is necessary create an adequate planning, where the strengths and weaknesses of the business can be properly analyzed. The objective of this work is to elaborate a business plan, with the purpose of evaluating the economic, marketing and financial viability of an electronic security company in the city of Campina Grande-PB. A case of study, in a descriptive mode, was used as methodology, supported by bibliographic studies and field research. The data analysis was quantitative methodology, following the model proposed by Rosa (2013). The research found the marketing, financial and operational viability for the installation of an electronic security company in the city of Campina Grande-PB. Since the construction of market analysis, financial plan, marketing plan and operational processes, It is possible to understand the demand and the profile of the clients studied, furthermore, It´s possible delimiting strategies that will be used over the years, together with an efficiency administration, which will be based in optimum quality, both with regard to technical support and product offer reliable.
