Competitiveness in the productive sector has been extremely demanding and at the same time decisive for companies to achieve the desired success, be they large, medium or small. Faced with all the challenges, companies are looking for fast and viable solutions to reach the full satisfaction of their customers who become increasingly demanding regarding agility and quality in their purchases. With each passing day the dissemination of tools and methods for quality management is more driven, one of these tools is the FMEA, which is used in an objective way to identify potential risks in the product, process or service. The objective of this study is to apply the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) methodology for risk analysis of the productive process in a textile company of the intimate fashion sector in Pernambuco, culminating with the use of the Pareto Chart, a tool that showed The result obtained. Finally, an action plan was proposed with effective and feasible solutions to the possible risks identified.
