Abstract

This study highlights how the cultural empowerment of audiovisual productions of individuals do Cariri Paraibano after coming of JABRE. For the production of this work was necessary bibliographic survey about aesthetic development and citizenship through art, documentary research and discussions with participants in the project. The work presents a historical and methodological design contextualization JABRE, theoretical and aesthetic development of citizenship and a crossroads of participants ' conversations with the aesthetic development of these young people.
