Resumen:
The implementation of full-time education brings with it the innovation of education in public schools in Brazil, aiming to broaden and modify the educational reality and expand the possibilities of knowledge and learning of students through an interdisciplinary curriculum that contemplates the principles of an education integral. This work analyzes the reality of two public high schools in integral time in paraíba and pernambuco through the case study at the state school of higher education josé gonçalves de queiroz in the cariri paraibano in the city of sumé and the school of reference in high school oliveira lima in pajeú, pernambucano, in the city of são josé do egito, in order to understand the school reality, the progress and the mechanisms developed to promote an integral education, based on the ideals that contemplates the national public policies with cuts of the state public policy on integral education, with the emphasis on building citizenship and empowering young people based on multidimensions for human development.
