Resumo:
The Instructional Design (ID) defines the sequence of delivery of learning objects to students. However, the monitoring of student activities at runtime is still difficult to perform an activity. This work proposes the use of High Level Activities Net - HLAN as authoring tool and monitoring the execution of Instructional Design in order to improve its planning and accomplishment. High Level Activities Net is based on Coloured Petri Nets notation that enables the monitoring of students and groups of students in order to identify points of delay or complex, irrelevant and / or difficult to continue activities. Learning Analytics algorithms for the performance data stored execution of Instructional Design generated by students has been developed. This analysis of data is a source of information for changes and improvements to the DI and, consequently, the process of student learning.
