This academic work has the aim of discussing problems of geographical variation within the strand Sociolinguistics (their concepts and types), focusing on linguistic prejudice suffered by Northeastern in social practices and in banking practice. It is important to note that users of the services of self care / service within banking interact with each other, also takes place as the relationship between attendants / customer. To address the issue of language elements variational, take a loan referrals from Bortoni-Ricardo (2005), Tarallo (1989, 2005), among others, as I define the area of social interaction. Goffman (1975) and other theorists are natural parts as regards preconception language itself. The study, preliminarily, seems to show the insertion between the daily practice of care banking and real user's financial institution in the wilderness: the poorly educated and simple man. The relationship of interactive service and prejudice infers the existence of a prejudice against the man, both in their interaction with the machine, is in search of information (contrast between the technical language and language), or even the user's interaction special and disadvantaged responsible for dealing in branch.
