Abstract:
This present work is part of the study of Linguistic Variations, watching, more accurately, as the understanding of the Portuguese Standard and Non-Standard has been constructed in the classroom, into three classes the first year of high school, two Schools of the State Public Education Network and a School of Vocational Education - CEFET Aurora-Ce city. The investigation of the issue in question was based on the analysis of the vision of three teachers, noting whether there is a concern of his students to present the various possibilities of language use, what kind of approach was gave to the teaching pattern, and observe how has been worked or not non-Standard Variety. For this, an interview was conducted with these teachers, consisting of eight items and their responses were recorded in written form. In addition, did an assessment of the teaching materials and other resources used by teachers. Through the data obtained it was found that the teachers show a position that betrays a knowledge endowed by some of the gaps, a fact we attribute probably due to some deficit in the very formation of these professionals while recognizing the importance of teaching a plural, sometimes not clearly understand the distinction between Linguistic Varieties. The professional show is still quite contained the discorrerem about your act in the classroom and this act, it is shown supported only in the recognition of different forms of linguistic expressions rather than actual use. Through this work also highlight outstanding contributions to the improvement of teaching activities from the readings made that allowed us to reflect the theme grounded in the study, and the experiences of the teachers interviewed that allowed us to diagnose the strengths and deficits found in this process aimed at overcoming these.
