O papel das mulheres na sociedade Cajazeirense em fins do século XIX.

Abstract

The work aims to elucidate some of her biggest prejudices about the fragility and submission of women in relation to men, the possibility of her own progress in historiography as a central theme in the second half of the twentieth century with a third generation of lovers. This consultation was developed through the local / state and documentary bibliographic study at the Ferreira Junior de Cajazeiras Forum, which presents itself as issues and / or inequalities involving a woman. For this, we will use as a spatial reference and the second half of the nineteenth century as a temporal cut. This research and the investigation of some concerns are born in the university waves and, in particular, in the popular memory of the city of Alto Sertão Paraibano, where one becomes a mother, was one of the main articulators in the educational formation of her children and the children of other families, thus, the city of Cajazeiras is projected for the whole paraibano scenario.
