Abstract

The objective of this study is to indicate qualitatively the factors and constructive characteristics that influence the impact noise in the buildings, according to the current legislation. Therefore, this study was developed in two buildings with precast slab under construction in the city of João Pessoa-PB and deals with the rating of impact noise in those floor systems. To carry out this study, reference is made to NBR 15575/2013. Thus, the result achieved indicates that if a building is built in the standards established in this work, it is expected that the performance of the floor system of this building will be classified between 78 dB and 80 dB, therefore, within the minimum limit established by the performance standard of buildings.
