Resumen:
This paper aims to analyze the role played by educational management from the occupation and (re) construction of school space as a place of possibilities for students of the Municipal School of Elementary Decision. The character of school management, as a facilitator of this process, provides the formation of the subjects facing the construction of a fairer and more egalitarian educational process, being an important tool of the knowledge construction process. For the execution of this research the dialectical approach method was used, characterized by the possibility of construction of concepts, from the differentiation of the objects and the rigorous scientific examination, and the method of monographic procedure, through the representative principles, providing the study of the particular aspects, concentrated in a delimited space, as well as the set of activities developed. To operationalize the research, a set of techniques were used, of which the following stand out: indirect documentation (documentary research); direct documentation (field research); intensive direct documentation (observation and interviews); and extensive direct documentation (questionnaires). Through the help of the proposed methods and techniques for conducting the research, and the consequent data collection, we obtain as a result the perspective of the need for greater intervention and participation of the public power and the community in the process of constituting a system of teaching guided by a democratic and participative school management. We believe that a teaching system compromised and consolidated by this management model tends to provide students with a differentiated and quality teaching-learning process.
