Abstract:
Major changes are occurring in the structure of the business market. The development of technological innovations has been transforming, especially, the way of commercialization of products and services, offering a virtual environment for purchases. E-commerce or e-commerce has emerged as a new form of negotiation between companies and customers, where small and large companies can sell virtually and gain competitive advantage. In view of this, and from a perceived market niche the present work had the objective of developing a mobile application to facilitate the search for the provision of domestic services in general. To this end, the methodological principles used consist of bibliographical research and a market research, in order to validate the idea of the application. With this it was possible to obtain positive results, regarding the commercial acceptance of the idea of a mobile application to contract domestic services.
