Desenvolvimento de um software para gestão de frotas.

Abstract

This project deals with the development of fleet management software. For the preparation of the present study the following steps were followed: identification of the problem, through bibliographical research; benchmarking; analysis to define the functionalities; software development; final tests for use, taking into account the adaptability of the same to reach several companies. It was used for the development of the program Microsoft Excel 2010, called ProdFrotas. The result was a platform that receives, stores and processes important data for the organization, allowing a series of activities to be performed in a practical and fast way, also offering advantages such as improved operations control, a travel itinerary for your vehicles, greater logistical costs base and, consequently, a support in the decision making of the same, through the results generated by the platform. With this, it became feasible to simplify the management and control of fleets through this tool, and, from now on, can add value to the organization in this competitive market scenario.
