Résumé:
The object of this work is one of them, being one of the pioneers and standing out for its sustainable practices and for the high quality standard of its products. From this, the aim of this work was to apply the PDCA cycle methodology in a soap industry to improve its processes. The results obtained were satisfactory and allowed to increase the efficiency of the extrusion sector of the company. The benefits of this application represented an increase of 10,45% in the operation efficiency. In addition, standard operating procedures, reports and datasheets were developed for a better production control.
