This work brings the theme The indiscipline in school: studying the relationship between teachers, students and family, and its main objective is to analyze how the teachers of the early years of elementary school are working the indiscipline in the classroom, in order to, a more in-depth understanding in relation to the development of students who portray themselves as undisciplined. With this research we want to understand how the school handles this problem, it does to ease the problem and so offer a quality educational development for all learners. We also want to know the techniques and procedures used by teachers for their work, identifying what are the difficulties faced by them in you comes to indiscipline. For a deepening of this discussion we use a better field of qualitative character, with data collection instrument a questionnaire and comments made in 04 (four) city schools of Triunfo-PB. The questionnaire consisted of open-ended questions, which was intended to 08 (eight) teachers of the early years of elementary school. These 04 (four) teachers teach in the State network and 04 (four) teach in municipal city School of Triunfo-PB. On the process of construction and analysis of this work, we conclude, from the information that has been obtained, the teachers surveyed make great efforts to crack down on Indiscipline in the classroom, however, such activity still has some degree of difficulty, some educators argue the lack of preparation, other lack of resources on the part of the school, and the lack of participation of parents or guardians with school work. We realized also through comments made in schools, they are always developing projects in relation to the subject, trying to so, ease the problem. This study was relevant to acquire a more expanded thinking about the Indiscipline in schools.
