Abstract:
This work whose theme is Teacher Training: Relations between Knowledge, Identity and Occupation, comprises a reflection on teacher training. And has the general objective: to analyze the relationship between knowledge, identity and profession in teacher training in the pedagogy course. And the following objectives: identify how teaching knowledge and professional identity are built; investigate what knowledge is obtained and identities constructed during the training course; verify the contributions of the relationship between theory and practice in teacher education knowledge. To carry out the work we chose a literature in dialogue with authors such as Imbernon (2006), Perrenoud (2002), Tardif (2007), among others. And an exploratory research through a questionnaire facing five teachers trained in pedagogy they were acting in the classroom. Thus it was possible to understand that the School of Education to give prominence to content and little importance to the attitudes, experiences, family and school life. In this perspective, teacher training is complex and construction of identities and knowledge should happen dynamically and steadily, taking into account the training knowledge, discipline the knowledge, curriculum knowledge and experience knowledge.
