Resumo:
Increasingly, companies are looking for alternative ways to increase their profit margins. The image of the company can not be negative. The image of the company can not be negative. In view of this, this work had its objectives in a network of pharmacies, located in the Municipality of Campina Grande, PB. The methodology used was a collection of quantitative data through the selection sheet for analysis as the most critical causes involved in the process. Use of the Cause and Effect Diagram tool, Pareto Chart and the 5W2H to develop an action plan. The results of the study identified that 75% of the ideas decorate the Exaggerated purchase of products; diversity of manufacturers of the same drug; Medical propagation and poorly performed demand studies. Through the use of tools indicated, the results allowed to propose improvements for a company.
