Resumo:
This Work of Conclusion of Course (TCC) has as objective analyze what are the priorities defined by the school council in relation to resources of the PDDE, beyond of investigate the conceptions of the members of the school council about the school priorities in face to the challenges of school council against of the exigency of educational legislation. The technique used for the collect of the data was the semi-structured interview. Like this, we elaborate a guide of questions that, according to the necessity, have been incorporated others during their realization. Thus, from the of the text reports of the members of the school council in a public school, we realized that the funding of the educational policies of the PDDE is an important instrument for the school. The resources of the PDDE are for the defrayment of the materials and cannot be applied in the pay of the salary of the teachers. In this sense, we understand that the members of the council are who define the priorities through of reunions in which all members can indicate the necessities most urgent of the school. In this investigation, we find that the president of the school council prioritized more the pedagogical materials for the classroom, seeking to improve the teaching of the pupils; while the secretary of the council detach as priorities materials of expedient, of cleaners and permanent materials for the secretary of the school. We find still that the instalments of account of the resources received were realized, initially, by the prefecture, which sends the data online for FNDE. The oversight of the accounts of the school council was also accompanied by the tribunal of accounts of the Municipalities theoretical basis and research (ADRIÃO; PERONI, 2007), (ARENDT, 2008), (BASSI, 2011), (BOGDAN; BIKLEN, 1994), (RIBERO, 2007), (SANTOS, 2003), (SOUSA, 2015), (SOUSA, 2012).
