Resumen:
This study aims to analyze the teaching in relation to the theme: étnicorracial Diversity in Elementary Education I. As also discuss about the study of diversity and how it can assist in the development of children. It is known that an education for the knowledge of cultural diversity will promote better performance and development of the general population and the black especially considering that the school curriculum is still facing a unique culture, European, without recognizing the importance History and African Culture. In this sense, the school is a place of diversity and education can not take an archaic model that favors only the whites and inferior blacks. It is noteworthy that it is important that teachers are prepared for the challenges that plague the classroom, especially in everyday life. So, they take conciliatory stance, given the situation that present themselves daily and that way make a difference, to break through the barrier of prejudice and racial discrimination. Because only then we will have a more democratic and egalitarian school.
