Resumen:
This present article constitutes a case study that was realized at the Federal University of Campina Grande, campus Sumé, with the aim to analyze the perception of learners of the Superior Course of Technology in Public Management of the Federal University from the Campina Grande, campus Sumé, about actual corruption in Brazil, more specifically of operation car wash. As for the specific objectives it were intended to present the advances and setbacks that have occurred in the corruption in Brazilian; identify the control instruments that are used in combating of corruption; demonstrate the vision of the learners of the course Public Management of the CDSA/UFCG about corruption in case car wash, and to suggest mechanisms for the reduction of corruption in Brazil. This study was classified as a descriptive study, exploratory, with qualitative analysis, through a case study, and bibliographical review, with the application of questionnaires. As data collection technique that was used observation through the application of questionnaires, containing questions of multiple choice, objective and subjective. The results of the research it was found that the learners understand the case car wash as a corruption scheme that involves political parties and Petrobras, with the operation car wash has emerged as one investigative action against the biggest corruption scandal in the present in Brazil.
